Urban Development Manifesto
for Berlin-Brandenburg
Together with ten other associations, the Association of Architects and Engineers of Berlin-Brandenburg (AIV) has developed an urban development manifesto for Berlin-Brandenburg, which was presented to the public on 17 February 2021. The manifesto is the result of the project Unfinished Metropolis realised by the AIV and its partners. It incorporates the experiences and results of the exhibition “100 Years of Urban Planning for Greater Berlin”, including: Perspectives from Europe, the “International Urban Planning Competition Berlin-Brandenburg 2070”, more than 40 metropolis discussions and the publication “BB2070 – Magazine”. It is primarily aimed at representatives of politics, but also civil society, business and science.
